Refund and Returns Policy
1. Australian Consumer Law
We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for major faults or if the product isn't as described.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at fernandfinchstudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may or may not be accepted and will be considered upon request in writing providing the following information:
* Name
* Contact details - both email and phone number
* Date and place of purchase
* Issue with product/reason for change of mind
* Remedy requested
All requests will be considered and a decision will be provided within 10 business days.
4. How to Return an Item

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds may not be received instantly and once processed will require your bank to accept funds. This may take a few days more, depending on your bank.
