5. Orders and Payments
Orders are accepted subject to availability. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AfterPay, and Cash (in person purchases only)
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Whilst all care will be taken to package purchases to limit potential damages, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy. Change-of-mind returns may or may not be accepted and will be considered upon request in writing providing the following information:

* Date and place of purchase
* Issue with product
* Remedy requested
All requests will be considered and a decision will be provided within 10 business days.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to change. Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Recommended Retail Price (RRP) may not be available at all locations due to additional location fees and charges. These additional charges are passed onto the customer and not negotiable. Prices are listed clearly at each location.
