Shipping Destinations:
We’re delighted to send our handmade treasures to you anywhere Australia Post delivers! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your Fern & Finch Studio order:
We ship to all Australian addresses serviced by Australia Post, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. Please note, we ship only within Australia at this time.
Processing Time:
Each item is lovingly handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. During busy periods like December holidays and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Methods & Costs:
Charges are heavily influenced by Australia Post costs and at the time of publishing are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 (via Australia Post)
• Express Shipping: $17.95 (via Australia Post Express Post)
Shipping charges are subject to change from time to time and will be updated accordingly.
Shipping costs are a flat rate and calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer free shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Again, shipping timeframes are heavily influenced by Australia Post, who is our preferred provider to ensure we service as many locations as possible. Shipping timeframes outside peak times, such as Christmas and New Year, are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
Please note delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Regional areas may receive their shipping later than these estimates, and this will only be due to the shipping carrier.
Changes in shipping timeframes may change from time to time and will be updated accordingly.
Tracking & Notifications:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
